We want you to be fully satisfied with your Keychron mechanical keyboard, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs and ensuring the items are securely packaged for their journey back to our Belgian facility.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the product in its original packaging including all cables, keycap pullers, and extra keycaps, ensuring the item is protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Warehouse
Affix your shipping label and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box, then drop it off at a local courier of your choice with tracking enabled.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
